1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Archivable Student Document Management System ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Archivable for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transmit the materials to anyone else or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Archivable, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and complete
• Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

The materials contained on Archivable, including but not limited to text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Don Canuto Fuentes Integrated School or used with permission. Unauthorized use of these materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Archivable implements industry-standard security measures to protect student information:

All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit using advanced encryption standards. Only authorized users with appropriate credentials can access documents.

Document access is restricted based on user roles and permissions. All access is logged for audit and compliance purposes.

We comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Student information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
• Upload or share documents containing personal information outside of the educational context
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or its data
• Use the system for purposes other than education-related activities
• Share, sell, or transfer student documents outside the school environment
• Engage in any form of harassment or inappropriate communication

7. Limitation of Liability

Don Canuto Fuentes Integrated School shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, Archivable. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications to Terms

Don Canuto Fuentes Integrated School may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using Archivable, you agree to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Termination of Use

Don Canuto Fuentes Integrated School may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the system or other users.
